1. Who We Are
Black Business on Country is a family-led cultural business grounded in storytelling, creativity and community connection. We uplift athrough art, performance, education and cultural knowledge — supporting pride, healing and belonging across generations.

2. Access & Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You won’t do anything that interferes with how the site works, breaks it, or harms other users.
You agree:
• Not to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access
• Not to upload harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.)
• Not to use the Site for illegal or discriminatory purposes

3. Content
Content on this Site (text, images, logos, videos, listings) is our property or licensed to us. You can view and share it for personal, non-commercial use — but you can’t copy it and pretend it’s yours or sell it.
If community members submit content (like business listings or reviews), we may feature it, edit it, or remove it without notice.

4. Third-Party Links
We link to all sorts of useful stuff (business websites, socials, booking platforms). We don’t control those sites. We’re not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy, or security. Use at your own risk.

5. No Warranty
We try hard to give accurate info, but we can’t promise everything is perfect. The Site is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties — express or implied. We’re not guaranteeing uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Business on Country is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the Site.
